Eli.ki Ceramics: A Logo Rooted in Clay & Culture
About the project
Why this project matters
We love working with brands that carry a story — and Eli.ki Ceramics had one rooted in centuries of craft. But heritage alone isn't enough. Our challenge was to distill that legacy into a clean, modern identity that feels relevant today. No cliché symbols. No overused patterns. Just the essence of handmade art, told simply.
What made this project special is how we balanced authenticity with approachability — tradition without the dust.

Creative Direction
The brief was simple: “Something minimal, something traditional.” But that simplicity is what gave us space to think deeper.
We built the identity around curved forms, inspired by the soft, organic lines of ancient Greek pottery. These weren't just pretty shapes — they were chosen to evoke flow, warmth, and continuity. It’s a design that feels handcrafted, just like the pieces themselves.
And for the logo? We paired those timeless curves with Petapon, a playful typeface that breaks the rigidity of “serious” branding. It’s fun, it’s alive, it’s human — just like a small pottery studio should feel.

Subtle curves, imperfect shapes — just like the ceramics themselves. The logo mirrors the handmade nature of each piece, proving that true elegance often lies in what isn’t perfect.

The brand pattern adds depth to the visual identity, blending tradition with modern design—bringing a handcrafted feel that reflects the essence of Eli.ki Ceramics

Vision
Because we didn’t fake anything. We didn’t over-polish it. We gave this brand the space to breathe — just like the slow, mindful process of ceramics itself.
